Who we are
BillionRocket is a trading name of TradeTrust OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, Tallinn. We provide SEO, Google Ads and AI content services. Contact: hello@billionrocket.com.
What we collect on this website
This website does not use cookies and does not load third-party trackers. When you open a page, our own server records the page path, the referring site, your country and city (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider), your browser and device type, and a daily visitor identifier made from a one-way hash of your IP address, browser and the date. The hash cannot be reversed and changes every day. We use these records only to count visits and see which pages work.
What we collect when you book a call
When you book a strategy call we store your name, email address, company, website, the notes you write, your time zone and the chosen time. We use them to hold the call, to send you the confirmation, a reminder and a cancellation link, and to follow up on the call. If one of us has connected a Google Calendar, the booking is also created as an event on that calendar with you as an invitee, which creates a Google Meet link.
What we collect when you become a client
Account access you grant us (Google Ads, Google Search Console, analytics, store platforms), the content we produce for you, and the reporting data that comes from those accounts. We process it only to deliver the agreed services.
Legal basis
Website statistics: legitimate interest in running and improving the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Bookings and client work: performance of a contract or steps before entering one (Article 6(1)(b)). Marketing email to you after a call: legitimate interest, and you can opt out with one reply.
Processors we use
Vercel (hosting, EU region where available), Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (transactional email, EU region), Google (Calendar and Meet when a host has connected it, Search Console and Ads for client work), Telegram (internal notifications to the team about new bookings). Each processor only receives what it needs for its function.
Retention
Website statistics are kept for 13 months. Booking and lead records are kept for 3 years after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Client data is kept for the length of the contract and 7 years for accounting records required by Estonian law.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@billionrocket.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
AI content
Content we generate with AI tools is produced from briefs and assets you give us. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not share client assets with other clients.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. Material changes are announced to active clients by email.
