Parties
These terms apply between TradeTrust OÜ (trading as BillionRocket, Tallinn, Estonia) and the client who orders services through billionrocket.com, by email or by signing a proposal.
Services
We provide SEO, Google Ads management, AI content production, creative testing and related consulting as described in the plan or proposal the client accepts. The scope of each plan is the one published on billionrocket.com at the time of ordering, unless a written proposal says otherwise.
Fees and payment
Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance in euros, plus VAT where applicable. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is never included in our fee. Invoices are due in 7 days. We may pause work on accounts with invoices more than 14 days overdue.
Term and cancellation
Monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months. After that either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. One-off services (audit, single videos) are complete on delivery.
Client obligations
The client gives us the access and materials we need (accounts, brand guidelines, product information), answers approval requests within a reasonable time, and makes sure it has the right to use the materials it provides.
Ownership
Content we produce for the client (videos, photos, copy, prompts and source files) becomes the client's property on payment of the invoice that covers it. The client keeps ownership of its accounts and data at all times. We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
AI content and compliance
We label AI-generated content where platform rules or the law require it and we check every delivered file against our quality list. The client remains responsible for the claims made in its advertising and for the legality of its products in each market.
No guarantees of results
Search rankings, ad costs and conversion rates depend on factors outside our control. We commit to the work and to honest reporting, not to a specific ranking, traffic figure or return on ad spend.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or losses caused by platform decisions such as account suspensions, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's non-public business information confidential during the contract and for 2 years after.
Law and disputes
Estonian law applies. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless both parties agree to mediation first.
